Dennis Schnadthorst is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in organizational transformation and product innovation. As the Travel Leader for the Americas in Operations, he focuses on creating a world-class customer experience by enhancing the capabilities of Travel Operations in the Americas.

Exhibiting his credo of “Walk the talk and demonstrate what you expect from others,” Dennis began his journey as a member of the German Armed Forces. He later joined Allianz, working in significant roles since 2010. His most recent role was the Head of Organizational Transformation and Development Operations at Allianz Partners.

Dennis holds a diploma in economics and a Master of International Business Administration. His family relocated from Germany to Richmond, Virginia, in 2024. Dennis appreciates everyone’s kindness since their stateside arrival, but he admits having to restrain himself from overindulging on burgers in the US.
