This new partnership reaffirms Scenic Group's unwavering dedication to delivering unmatched travel experiences through its renowned brands, Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises. The partnership is designed to bring coverage, protection and peace of mind to travelers seeking diverse and immersive cruising experiences tailored to the adventurous and luxury-minded.

Guests planning a cruise experience with Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours or Emerald Cruises can now purchase Allianz Partners travel protection while they’re booking their cruise. Allianz Partners’ travel protection may include reimbursement benefits for unexpected, covered trip cancellations, interruptions, and travel delays, as well as benefits for covered unforeseen medical emergencies and baggage issues. Scenic Group guests can also take advantage of Allianz Partners’ award-winning travel assistance, including concierge services, as well as its award-winning Allyz® mobile app. For a limited time through the end of 2025, Scenic Group is offering an incentive to travel advisors who book a client cruise with Allianz Partners’ travel protection on a Scenic or Emerald cruise.  Travel advisors should contact Scenic Group to learn more.

Allianz Partners’ customers with emergency medical benefits can now book in-person or virtual doctor visits while traveling using the company’s digital booking tool available via the Allyz® app or through its 24/7 travel assistance team. Global Doctor Visits** are currently offered across a broad and growing network of countries and can assist travelers with unforeseen, non-emergency medical needs.  Consultation fees for the first three visits per trip are handled behind the scenes, so customers don’t need to file a claim for the cost of the doctor visit.

Allianz Partners’ travel protection plans include trip protection benefits* that may reimburse Scenic Group guests up to 100% of their non-refundable insured trip cost if they are required to cancel or interrupt their voyage for a reason covered by their plan. Travel Delay benefits may cover the extra costs incurred in catching up to a cruise when a flight is significantly delayed due to a covered reason and may reimburse other incurred extra expenses or lost pre-paid expenses during a covered delay. Additional benefits under the plan may include coverage for dental and medical emergencies, emergency medical transportation and lost, delayed or damaged baggage. All benefits include coverage limits and may include a per-day maximum, and terms and conditions also apply.
